Michelle has been with the MBF for over 9 years and has recently become the General Manager and Company Secretary and is responsible to the Board for setting and implementing strategic plans approved by the Directors. She is the Responsible Manager for the AFSL held by MBF and ensures governance and compliance policies and procedures are in place. She is also responsible for the overall results of the business and the effectiveness of the business operations.

Pip joined the MBF team in 2018, and is our Membership Manager; her role includes supervision of the membership team, overseeing membership applications and annual renewals. Pip reports directly to the Board on all membership matters and will raise any policy or technical membership issues on behalf of members.

Aaron has been with the MBF since 2014. Aaron manages all aspects of our IT and Security, from Projects, System Administration, Support, Future scoping and control and administration of the Building systems. Aaron also assists Michelle with the day to day Facilities Management.

Linda joined the MBF team in 2023, and is our Claims Manager; her role includes overseeing notifications, claims applications and benefit payments. Linda reports directly to the Board on all claims matters and will raise any policy or claims process related issues on behalf of members.

Shalini joined the MBF in 2021 and undertakes aspects of finance including monthly Board reports, compiling the annual financial statements and assisting in the annual financial audit.

Katherine joined the MBF team in 2022 and assists the Senior Accountant in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. Katherine also assists in preparing review papers for tax compliance lodgements.

David joined the MBF team in 2023, and is our Membership Assistant; his role includes day to day communications and support of membership applications, member contribution payments and annual renewals. David reports directly to the Pip and assists her with all membership matters and will also raise any policy or technical membership issues on behalf of members.

Chris has been the Business Manager and Company Secretary for MBF in the past. Chris has since stayed on in a consultancy role to advise the Board and Michelle as well as minute take during Board, Committee and AGM meetings.
